Drop Shipping Policy

General Requirements for Drop Shipping Accounts

  1. Must be a registered U.S. business with an active EIN and have been in business for more than 1 year.
  2. Must provide a current resale certificate to qualify for tax exemption.
  3. Must designate one website where the Finesse Decor products will be listed / offered for sale. Additional websites must be pre-approved.
  4. Must display a proper business address on the website, a customer service phone number, and an email address or contact form.
  5. Website must be professionally designed and cannot be less than 1 year old.
  6. Website must clearly display contact details, privacy policy, terms of use, shipping policy, and return / refund policies.
  7. Business must maintain an average customers review score of 4.5 out of 5 or better. If the business is listed on the BBB (Better Business Bureau), a minimum score of B is required.
  8. If social media accounts are linked from the site, accounts must be active, have real followers with actual engagement.
  9. Website must be established in the decor and lighting categories with products listings from multiple verifiable wholesale suppliers.
  10. The majority of the products listed must be from the home, decor and lighting categories.
  11. Website must not primarily sell products from Alibaba, TEMU or similar sites.
  12. Website must be fully secured with a valid security certificate, complete with no unfinished pages, broken links or missing information.
  13. If the website contains a blog, it must be maintained and kept up-to-date.
  14. All products must adhere to a strict MAP policy.
  15. Absolutely no listings on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.
  16. Must maintain a sales record of no less than one wholesale order per calendar month. Failure to meet this quota may result in account closure for non-performance. New accounts are given a 60-day grace period to make their first sale.

House Rules

Finesse Decor reserves the right, at any time, to review your website(s) and marketing efforts and either approve or disapprove them.

You may not:

    1. Run any kind of paid or sponsored advertisements such as Google ads that include or target our trademark "Finesse Decor", including any misspellings or variations.
    2. Promote or advertise discounts and deals that are unauthorized, deceptive, exaggerated or false.
    3. Post Finesse Decor discount codes on "coupon deals" websites or third-party websites you do not own or control.
    4. Promote us in a manner that devalues our brand or the products we carry.
    5. Make representations, which lead customers to believe you are the Finesse Decor website or brand.
    6. Offer rebates, coupons, or other forms of promised kickbacks from your commissions/earnings as an incentive.
    7. Use the program for personal use / personal purchases.
