Return Policy

Finesse Decor provides a 30-day return window for all of its products, but it is important for you to know how this process works.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within the return window.

Returned items must be in unused, original and merchantable condition and in their original packaging, including all accessories, booklets and tags. If the product has been altered in any way or shows signs of use, the return will be refused and the product(s) will be returned back to the sender.

To return a product, please ship it to the Finesse Decor warehouse directly. The return address is:

The return shipping cost will not be covered by Finesse Decor unless the return is being initiated as a result of an error on our part.

Finesse Decor will issue a refund within 15 days after the product has arrived at Finesse Decor warehouse. We may take this long as the product(s) will need to be carefully inspected. The usual time is much quicker.

Please make sure to insure your return shipment and use a trackable shipping method. Finesse Decor will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

International orders are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless the return or exchange is being initiated as a result of an error on our part.
