Free Shipping

We occasionally offer free shipping during promotional periods.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are dynamic and are calculated based on live shipping rates we receive from the carriers. You will be able to see the shipping rates in your shopping cart. Please contact us if you would like to use your own shipping account.

Warehouse Pick-up

We offer same-day pickup from our Miami warehouse during normal business hours. You can place your order online or over the phone and pick it up on the same day in most cases. You get your orders faster and avoid shipping fees.

If your order was placed before noon, it will be packed and ready for pickup the same day. Otherwise, it will be ready the next day. You may go to the warehouse after you receive the "Ready for pick-up" email or text.

Once you arrive, a Finesse Decor associate can direct you to the area where you can pick up your order.

If the items you purchased are on backorder, you will be notified once your order is ready. Orders that are not picked up within 3 business days will be cancelled.

Local Delivery

Finesse Decor offers free local delivery within the Tri-County (Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach) region on orders over $1,000. Our website can detect your current location and should offer you the option for free local delivery if your order total qualifies and your location is determined to be within the delivery region.

Drop Shipping Services

If you are an authorized Finesse Decor dealer or hold an active trade account, we offer dropship services straight from our warehouse to your clients. This allows your customers to get the products faster while you save on shipping costs. Please contact your account manager to arrange for drop shipping services.
