I have a Shopify store. Do you support Shopify data feeds?
Yes we do. Our website also runs on Shopify and we can supply a product data feed that makes listing our products on your website really simple. In addition to data feeds, we can work with Shopify Collective.
I have a custom-built website. Do you support custom data feeds?
Yes we can accommodate most data feed requests. Please contact us for details.
Do I have to adhere to MAP policies?
Yes. We have a strict Internet Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP) policy. As a drop shipper, you will have access to the latest pricing data.
Can I list your products on third party marketplaces?
No. You can only list our products on websites you own and control. Listing our products on third-party marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon is not allowed. Listing our products on auction websites is not allowed.
Do you offer product warranty?
Yes of course. All our products come with a full manufacturer warranty. See warranty details.
Can I use my own return address and branding on shipping labels?
We can accommodate custom shipping labels, packing slips and packing inserts for high volume sellers. Please contact us for details.
