Finesse Decor provides a 30-Day Return Window for all of its products, but it is important for you to know how this process works.
If you did not like what you got, you can return it and your money will be returned.
You need to provide the product in perfect condition as it was delivered to you, and it needs to be in the original box with the original inner packaging, no cut cables (if applies), the product should not be broken, scratched, or have any type of damage.
For returning the product, you need to ship it to Finesse Decor warehouse directly, the address is: 5421 N.W. 159 Street, Miami Gardens, Florida. 33014.
The return shipping cost will not be covered by Finesse Decor at any time, you will need to pay for this return in order to get your money back.
To receive your refund: Finesse Decor will return your money in a period of maximum 15 days after the product has arrived at Finesse Decor warehouse. We may take this long as the products need to be carefully checked. No worries though, the usual time is much quicker!
Finesse Decor provides a 30-Day Return Window starting at delivery date and the following limited warranty if the product is NOT returned within the 30-Day return period and is in the client’s possession. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the order number from the transaction through which the warrantied product was purchased. The purchase order number serves as your proof of purchase and must be retained. Finesse Decor will not offer any warranty service without this number. Finesse Decor warranty claims must also be presented with supporting images or videos, failure to comply with this will result in an incomplete and denied claim.
Finesse Decor warrants products sold (and related parts) against defects in materials or workmanship from the original ship date, accordingly by product category:
During this period, Finesse Decor will repair or replace defective products or parts with new or reconditioned products or parts at Finesse Decor's discretion, without charge to you.
PLEASE READ: If the light is not functioning (not turning on, flashing, etc.) check this steps:
Check the bulbs if applicable, check the power supply, ensure that everything is properly connected, and that the fixture has not been altered and or tampered with.
If that does not resolve the issue please submit a video showing the appropriate checks being done.

Missing, Damaged and or Broken Parts
If a client has a light fixture that has missing, damaged or broken parts we do not necessarily need to replace the entire fixture we can replace parts. We can replace the following parts:
-Drivers/ Power Cords for lamps
-Rods/chrome & bubble
-Miscellaneous parts if unsure please contact us via email with a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org
Except as provided below, Finesse Decor is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. Under no circumstances shall Finesse Decor be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the product.
The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

If a Sculpture and or Accessory is damaged and or Defective
Damages are defined as broken, cracked, missing parts and or pieces. Defective is defined as the finish is not perfect and/or the finish is missing.
